Life can be hectic and scheduling mishaps happen. I get it. However, frequent cancellations often mean that you are currently unable to prioritize physical therapy, and after 3 “no shows” or cancellations in a row, I will need to remove you from my patient caseload in order to make space for patients who can commit to their healing process now. You are always welcome to return to therapy when you have more time, energy or ability to focus on your therapeutic goals, and I’m happy to discuss with you when might be a more appropriate time to do so.
If you do realize you will have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice, if possible, so that I can offer that treatment slot to another patient on my waitlist. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
